The mould comprises three sections: The cavity is crafted from premium mould aluminium, the cutting blade from Cr12MoV steel, and the mounting plate from high-grade iron plate. The complete mould assembly weighs approximately 100-150 kilograms.
Mould layout is engineered based on customer-supplied samples, with production commencing only after customer approval and signature.

Die maintenance frequency: After 1.5-2 million cutting cycles, the die should be re-sharpened.
