How do I know what material my products are made of?

Common plastic packaging materials include PP, PET, PVC, HIPS, and BOPS:

  • PP: High stiffness and heat-resistant, widely used for beverage cups, lunch boxes, and trays
  • PET: Transparent but not heat-resistant, typically used for fruit, vegetable, and food trays stored at room temperature
  • BOPS: Offers strong rigidity and transparency, often used for bakery packaging such as bread and cake boxes
Can different products be made on the same machine?

By changing molds, the same machine can produce different products. The key condition is that the production volume and product specifications must meet the requirements of the chosen machine model.

How are molds produced after a machine order is confirmed?

Once your order is confirmed, we design the molds based on your product samples and share the drawings for your approval. After confirming the design and dimensions, we proceed with mold manufacturing.
